You will be an integral part of one of our trade and retail team: PERFUMERIES CHAIN RETAIL CRITERIA planning: Collect, analyze BA’s performance door by door Analyze opportunities in product mix door by door Analyze consumer journey and benefits to increase the sell out Initiate actions to drive sales Supervise and support BA’s kpi after main activation Execute Business analysis of the responsible area. Identify business opportunities of different doors and drive for actions to maximize selling opportunity Suggest any improvements needed to Retail team Identifies and react on business opportunities and challenges to maximize selling opportunities Trade marketing criteria implementation of new briefs to the purchasing department (new adaptation, sample boxes) Collect, analyze market trends Adapt the communication materials (imagery, digital, point of sale) Collaborate with other departments (sales, operations, etc.) and partner agencies to build a broader business strategy YOUR BACKGROUND: Graduate of Marketing/Management/General Economics/Enterprising Internship or working experience in marketing/digital is a plus Desire to develop within brand & digital marketing Creativity, innovation spirit Good analytical skills & Excel Good presentation skills & PowerPoint Fluent English Ready to work full-time OUR COMMITMENT: Official legal conditions for 9 months Competitive salary Free lunches in the office Further career opportunities
